We have an excellent team all progressed through the company to senior positions.  Nearly everyone started with us as a care worker and took advantage of the training we offer (from our Induction and refresher training through to Vocational Qualifications we're keen to support you to develop your skills. Our training regime is a mixture of 'in house' and 'on line', with our training staff qualified to teach the subjects that we deliver in our on-site training facilities.

Our ethos is very much that as long as people have the right values in terms of their approach for caring for and supporting fellow human beings, the rest can be taught.  Our training team deliver a full induction and refresher training whenever it's due.  It's actually a legal requirement for staff to have valid qualifications and so our team work with you to keep you safe and up to date.

Care can be a stressful job both when you're face to face with the clients, stuck in traffic of dealing with the issues in the office.  We've all worked as care staff and know how hard it is - we work with you to manage your stress and workloads.

We hold regular support meetings which began with our aim to help people become more aware of the Menopause and how to try and find guidance and support when they're going through it.  This has become a wider offering with sessions ranging from mental health through to specific support for issues with parents struggling with parenting issues or a child's behaviour.
